Minn said he decided to make a documentary about the fentanyl crisis because it has impacted so many Americans.
“This thing is hitting Texans hard, it’s hitting the county hard, it’s hitting the world hard,” Minn said. “Joe Biden, at the State of the Union address, said 70,000 Americans died per year, and that’s minimum. That’s reported deaths. Can you imagine how many are not reported?”
